Our ability to maximize individual player improvement starts with technical refinement, cognitive ability, and encourage creative freedom. The difference is in the coaching style and methodology. We will change technical areas based upon what the player does best and the deficiencies you may have. This is what takes players from being average, good, to becoming excellent.
